    While on-site at a client's home to sample and test for mold, MLS Testing performs surface moisture and humidity readings along with a visual investigation to determine the probable source of moisture that is contributing to the mold growth. Our report to the client identifies and explains the type and nature of the mold(s) that were found in the client's home and the report provides guidance to the homeowner on correcting the moisture problem.

    While most mold types are not harmful, increased levels of mold and certain types of mold can exacerbate allergies and lead to more serious respiratory conditions.
